Is JEKPO equipment covered by a warranty?

Yes. From July 1, 2025, all loaders and attachments are covered by fast-response warranty service, ensuring that equipment is returned to operation as quickly as possible when needed. We maintain continuously replenished spare parts stock, allowing warranty repairs to be handled smoothly and efficiently.

Does JEKPO provide technical service and maintenance?

Yes, scheduled maintenance services are provided:

First service – after 40 operating hours (engine oil change).
Second service – after 100 operating hours (engine and hydraulic oil change).
Further services:
- Engine oil is changed every 100 operating hours
- Hydraulic oil is changed every 300 operating hours

This maintenance schedule ensures long-term reliability and protects the equipment from unexpected failures.

Is it possible to inspect or test the equipment?

Yes. You are always welcome to visit our physical showroom, where you can inspect the equipment and test-drive a demonstration loader. For those interested, we also offer free 1-hour on-site (“in-field”) training with an instructor.

What is the standard equipment configuration?

Default configuration includes:

Mini loader (KR38)
Bucket
Triangular rubber tracks
Triple hydraulic pump

Additionally, you can choose from more than 30 different attachments (tillers, augers, sweepers, and more).

What colors are available for JEKPO equipment?

Available color options:
