1. Available Payment Methods

1 Bank Transfer (Prepayment) Transfer the amount to UAB JEKPO’s bank account. Please include your order number in the payment reference. When funds reach our account (1–2 business days).
2 Online Banking / Montonio Pay After clicking “Pay”, you are redirected to your bank (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Revolut Bank, Šiaulių Bankas, etc.). Within minutes after successful authorization.
3 Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard) Secure payment via Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1, TLS 1.3, 3-D Secure 2.0). Immediately, once 3-D Secure authentication is completed.
4 Leasing (SB Lizingas / Mokilizingas) Complete the online application – response within < 15 minutes. Once the leasing partner confirms the agreement.
5 SEPA Instant Transfer (EU) Available in banks that support SEPA Instant payments. Within < 10 seconds.
6 30% Advance Payment (Custom Orders Only) 30% paid upon order confirmation, remaining balance before shipment. Upon receipt of each installment.

Important: Due to the size and weight of machinery, cash on delivery is not available.

3. Order Processing

  • Once payment is received, we send a confirmation email.

  • The order status changes to “Preparing” (equipment assembled / tested).

  • After internal quality inspection, the goods are shipped and a tracking number is provided.


4. Security and Anti-Fraud Policy

  • All payments are processed via TLS 1.3 encrypted connections.

  • Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant).

  • For orders exceeding €10,000, we may request identity verification or company documents.

  • In the event of an unjustified chargeback, a fee of 100% of the transaction amount plus 20% administrative costs applies (in accordance with card network rules on “Unjustified Disputes”).


5. Refunds and Overpayments

Refunds are always issued using the same payment method originally used.

  • Bank transfer refunds: 1–3 business days (SEPA).

  • Card refunds: 3–10 business days (depending on the issuing bank).

  • Leasing refunds: according to the leasing company’s terms.


6. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

When will I see that my payment has been confirmed?
→ Bank transfer: once funds reach our account (usually the next business day).
→ Card / Montonio: within minutes.

Can I receive a VAT invoice?
→ Yes. A VAT invoice is automatically generated in PDF format and sent by email after payment.

What happens if I entered the wrong payment reference?
→ Order confirmation may be delayed. Please contact info@jekpo.com and attach proof of payment.

Can I pay cash to the courier?
→ No. Due to the size and value of machinery, only advance payments are accepted.

Do you accept PayPal?
→ Currently, no. We use SEPA, card payments, and leasing solutions to keep transaction fees lower for customers.
