1. Standard Service “From Warehouse to Your Yard”

What is Included?

Conditions

Throughout Lithuania – €0

No separate delivery fee (logistics, cargo insurance, handling and loading services are already included in the price; minimum order value €3,000).

Transport vehicle:
Low-loader trailer / low-bed transport platform
Allows unloading directly onto the ground without crane assistance.

Delivery time: Arranged individually
We contact you at least 24 hours before arrival and provide a 2-hour delivery window.

Vilnius – Kaunas – Klaipėda – Šiauliai – Panevėžys
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after payment if the item is in stock.
If not in stock, delivery time is agreed individually.

Other locations / remote areas
5–10 business days (arranged separately).

Note: One free delivery attempt is included.
If the Buyer is unavailable or the site is not prepared, repeated delivery costs €1.50/km (calculated from the JEKPO warehouse).


2. Delivery Scenarios

2.1. “In Stock” (Status: “Available”)

After payment confirmation → shipment dispatch within 1–3 business days.
JEKPO logistics coordinates the delivery time by phone or email.
Equipment is delivered with full CE documentation, filled with operational fluids, and 0–2 engine hours.


2.2. “In Transit (Container)” (Status: “Coming Soon”)

Estimated container arrival date is provided at the time of order (±7 days).
We inform the customer at least 5 days before unloading at the port.
After customs clearance and quality inspection, the goods are shipped to the customer.

Delays due to force majeure (port congestion, customs inspection, strikes, etc.) do not qualify for compensation; however, a revised delivery date will be provided.


3. Buyer’s Obligations Before Delivery

The Buyer must:

  • Prepare a solid, level surface (minimum 3 × 7 m) for unloading from the trailer.

  • Ensure access width of at least 3 meters. If access is not possible, the Buyer covers additional equipment rental/unloading costs.

  • Be present or appoint an authorized person to sign the CMR / delivery note.

Upon receipt, the Buyer must check:

  • External condition

  • Completeness of accessories

  • Engine hours (odometer)

Any damage must be recorded in the courier’s report and documented with photos.
Later claims regarding transport damage will not be accepted (Civil Code Article 6.333(10)).


4. Transfer of Risk and Ownership

Ownership and liability transfer to the Buyer at the moment of signing the CMR / delivery note (Civil Code Article 6.344).

Cargo insurance (CARGO) is valid until handover.
After transfer, only the Buyer’s civil liability or property insurance applies.


5. Force Majeure and Customs

6. Repeated Delivery / Storage Fee

If the Buyer fails to accept the shipment within 5 calendar days (site not prepared, no responsible person present):

  • Storage fee: €20/day + VAT (equipment stored at JEKPO premises)

  • Re-delivery fee: €1.50/km (minimum €150)


7. Abuse Prevention

“Free trial” misuse:
If more than 2 engine hours are recorded before return, the return will be refused or up to 50% depreciation may be applied.

Intentional damage:
If diagnostics show improper use (pressure increase, incorrect fuel, etc.), all repair and transport costs are borne by the Buyer.

Delayed payment for additional services (>7 days):
The Seller has the right to retain the equipment or suspend warranty coverage until payment is settled.
