Warranty Coverage<\/h2><p data-start=\"142\" data-end=\"273\">All JEKPO equipment is covered by a <strong data-start=\"178\" data-end=\"209\">two-year statutory warranty<\/strong> in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p><p data-start=\"275\" data-end=\"399\">In addition, JEKPO provides a <strong data-start=\"305\" data-end=\"398\">commercial warranty valid for 12 months or 1,500 operating hours (whichever occurs first)<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"401\" data-end=\"576\">The commercial warranty covers all major systems of the machine but does not apply to naturally wearing parts such as tracks, rollers, sprockets, hydraulic hoses, and filters.<\/p><hr data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"581\" \/><h2 data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"630\">2. Conditions Required for Warranty Validity<\/h2><p data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"750\">The commercial warranty remains valid only if the equipment is serviced on time at an authorized JEKPO service center.<\/p><p data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"780\">Mandatory service intervals:<\/p><ul data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"950\"><li data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"824\"><p data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"824\">First service after 40 operating hours<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"825\" data-end=\"886\"><p data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"886\">Engine oil and filters replaced every 100 operating hours<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"887\" data-end=\"950\"><p data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"950\">Hydraulic oil and filter replaced every 300 operating hours<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"952\" data-end=\"1014\">Only original or JEKPO-approved oils and filters must be used.<\/p><p data-start=\"1016\" data-end=\"1172\">Failure to follow the service schedule, increasing hydraulic pressure, ECU chip tuning, or any unauthorized modifications will void the commercial warranty.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1177\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1179\" data-end=\"1211\">3. Warranty Service Procedure<\/h2><p data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1305\">The customer must report any defect within 48 hours of detection by email at <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"1304\">info@jekpo.com<\/a>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1410\">The buyer is responsible for delivering the equipment to the JEKPO service center at their own expense.<\/p><ul data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1643\"><li data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1466\"><p data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1466\">Diagnostics are carried out within 5 business days<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1539\"><p data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1539\">If the defect is not covered by warranty, a fee of \u20ac80 + VAT applies<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1643\"><p data-start=\"1542\" data-end=\"1643\">Warranty repairs are typically completed within 15 business days, provided spare parts are in stock<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1645\" data-end=\"1741\">Repair timelines may be extended due to supply chain disruptions or force majeure circumstances.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1743\" data-end=\"1746\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1748\" data-end=\"1780\">4. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal<\/h2><p data-start=\"1782\" data-end=\"1868\">Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days.<\/p><p data-start=\"1870\" data-end=\"1894\">Returned equipment must:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"2002\"><li data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"1908\"><p data-start=\"1898\" data-end=\"1908\">Be clean<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1909\" data-end=\"1925\"><p data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"1925\">Be undamaged<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1926\" data-end=\"1962\"><p data-start=\"1928\" data-end=\"1962\">Be complete with all accessories<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1963\" data-end=\"2002\"><p data-start=\"1965\" data-end=\"2002\">Have no more than 2 operating hours<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2004\" data-end=\"2056\">Return shipping costs are always borne by the buyer.<\/p><p data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2217\">If higher usage (more than 2 operating hours) or aesthetic damage is identified, the refund will be reduced by 1% for each additional operating hour or defect.<\/p><p data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2253\">Equipment will not be accepted if:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2255\" data-end=\"2374\"><li data-start=\"2255\" data-end=\"2289\"><p data-start=\"2257\" data-end=\"2289\">It was individually configured<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2290\" data-end=\"2342\"><p data-start=\"2292\" data-end=\"2342\">It has been used for more than 8 operating hours<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2343\" data-end=\"2374\"><p data-start=\"2345\" data-end=\"2374\">CE documentation is missing<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2376\" data-end=\"2379\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2381\" data-end=\"2403\">5. Refund Timelines<\/h2><p data-start=\"2405\" data-end=\"2429\">Refund processing times:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2431\" data-end=\"2626\"><li data-start=\"2431\" data-end=\"2473\"><p data-start=\"2433\" data-end=\"2473\">SEPA bank transfers: 1\u20133 business days<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2474\" data-end=\"2511\"><p data-start=\"2476\" data-end=\"2511\">Card payments: 3\u201310 business days<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2512\" data-end=\"2626\"><p data-start=\"2514\" data-end=\"2626\">Leasing agreements: 5\u201315 business days after confirmation of contract termination by the financing institution<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2628\" data-end=\"2631\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2633\" data-end=\"2654\">6. Transport Costs<\/h2><p data-start=\"2656\" data-end=\"2785\">In both warranty and withdrawal cases, all transportation costs to and from the JEKPO service center are covered by the customer.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2787\" data-end=\"2790\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2792\" data-end=\"2814\">7. Abuse Prevention<\/h2><p data-start=\"2816\" data-end=\"2893\">Operating hour meters are documented with photos both at delivery and return.<\/p><p data-start=\"2895\" data-end=\"3004\">If usage exceeds 2 operating hours without prior agreement, the return may be rejected or the refund reduced.<\/p><p data-start=\"3006\" data-end=\"3113\">Repaired equipment not collected within 5 calendar days will incur a storage fee of \u20ac20 per additional day.<\/p><p data-start=\"3115\" data-end=\"3222\">Repeated delivery attempts after refusal by the customer are charged at \u20ac1.50 per kilometer (minimum \u20ac150).<\/p><p data-start=\"3224\" data-end=\"3346\">Unjustified chargebacks result in the buyer being liable for 100% of the transaction amount plus 20% administrative costs.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3348\" data-end=\"3351\" \/><h2 data-start=\"3353\" data-end=\"3389\">8. Transfer of Ownership and Risk<\/h2><p data-start=\"3391\" data-end=\"3494\">Upon signing the CMR or delivery note, ownership and all risks of loss or damage transfer to the buyer.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3496\" data-end=\"3499\" \/><h2 data-start=\"3501\" data-end=\"3525\">9. Dispute Resolution<\/h2><p data-start=\"3527\" data-end=\"3604\">In case of disputes, JEKPO encourages customers to contact us directly first.<\/p><p data-start=\"3606\" data-end=\"3783\">If no agreement is reached, consumers may apply to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or use the European Commission\u2019s Online Dispute Resolution platform.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3785\" data-end=\"3788\" \/><h2 data-start=\"3790\" data-end=\"3816\">10.
