Delivery Policy<\/h1>

1. Standard Service \u201cFrom Warehouse to Your Yard\u201d<\/h2>

Throughout Lithuania \u2013 \u20ac0<\/strong><\/p>

No separate delivery fee (logistics, cargo insurance, handling and loading services are already included in the price; minimum order value \u20ac3,000).<\/p>

Transport vehicle:<\/strong>
Low-loader trailer \/ low-bed transport platform
Allows unloading directly onto the ground without crane assistance.<\/p>

Delivery time:<\/strong> Arranged individually
We contact you at least 24 hours before arrival and provide a 2-hour delivery window.<\/p>

Standard delivery: 3\u20137 business days after payment if the item is in stock.
If not in stock, delivery time is agreed individually.<\/p>

5\u201310 business days (arranged separately).<\/p>

Note:<\/strong> One free delivery attempt is included.
If the Buyer is unavailable or the site is not prepared, repeated delivery costs \u20ac1.50\/km (calculated from the JEKPO warehouse).<\/p>

2. Delivery Scenarios<\/h2>

2.1. \u201cIn Stock\u201d (Status: \u201cAvailable\u201d)<\/h3>

After payment confirmation \u2192 shipment dispatch within 1\u20133 business days.
JEKPO logistics coordinates the delivery time by phone or email.
Equipment is delivered with full CE documentation, filled with operational fluids, and 0\u20132 engine hours.<\/p>

2.2. \u201cIn Transit (Container)\u201d (Status: \u201cComing Soon\u201d)<\/h3>

Estimated container arrival date is provided at the time of order (\u00b17 days).
We inform the customer at least 5 days before unloading at the port.
After customs clearance and quality inspection, the goods are shipped to the customer.<\/p>

Delays due to force majeure (port congestion, customs inspection, strikes, etc.) do not qualify for compensation; however, a revised delivery date will be provided.<\/p>

3. Buyer\u2019s Obligations Before Delivery<\/h2>

The Buyer must:<\/p>

  • Prepare a solid, level surface (minimum 3 \u00d7 7 m) for unloading from the trailer.<\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure access width of at least 3 meters. If access is not possible, the Buyer covers additional equipment rental\/unloading costs.<\/p><\/li>

  • Be present or appoint an authorized person to sign the CMR \/ delivery note.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Upon receipt, the Buyer must check:<\/p>

    • External condition<\/p><\/li>

    • Completeness of accessories<\/p><\/li>

    • Engine hours (odometer)<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Any damage must be recorded in the courier\u2019s report and documented with photos.
      Later claims regarding transport damage will not be accepted (Civil Code Article 6.333(10)).<\/p>

      4. Transfer of Risk and Ownership<\/h2>

      Ownership and liability transfer to the Buyer at the moment of signing the CMR \/ delivery note (Civil Code Article 6.344).<\/p>

      Cargo insurance (CARGO) is valid until handover.
      After transfer, only the Buyer\u2019s civil liability or property insurance applies.<\/p>

      5. Force Majeure and Customs<\/h2>
      Circumstance<\/th>Responsibility<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
      Port strike, storm, natural disaster, war<\/td>Delivery deadlines are reasonably extended; JEKPO is not liable for direct losses (Civil Code Article 6.212).<\/td><\/tr>
      Customs inspection >48 hours<\/td>Customer is informed; deadline is postponed.<\/td><\/tr>
      Transport vehicle breakdown<\/td>JEKPO provides replacement transport within 24 hours.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/div><\/div>

      6. Repeated Delivery \/ Storage Fee<\/h2>

      If the Buyer fails to accept the shipment within 5 calendar days (site not prepared, no responsible person present):<\/p>

      • Storage fee: \u20ac20\/day + VAT (equipment stored at JEKPO premises)<\/p><\/li>

      • Re-delivery fee: \u20ac1.50\/km (minimum \u20ac150)<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        7. Abuse Prevention<\/h2>

        \u201cFree trial\u201d misuse:<\/strong>
        If more than 2 engine hours are recorded before return, the return will be refused or up to 50% depreciation may be applied.<\/p>

        Intentional damage:<\/strong>
        If diagnostics show improper use (pressure increase, incorrect fuel, etc.), all repair and transport costs are borne by the Buyer.<\/p>

        Delayed payment for additional services (>7 days):<\/strong>
        The Seller has the right to retain the equipment or suspend warranty coverage until payment is settled.<\/p>
